About Jamie — Healer, Teacher, Guide

Since 2011, I’ve been helping individuals and groups heal pain, release tension, and resolve long-standing imbalances in the body. From chronic pain and old injuries to stiffness and debilitating headaches, I began my journey as a remedial massage therapist, understanding how the body functions and realigning muscle fibres and soft tissue to bring lasting relief.

But that was just the beginning.

Driven by a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection, I wanted to go beyond physical healing. This led me to study full-time at the College of Complementary Medicine in Melbourne, where I earned a Double Diploma in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.

As my career evolved, I began supporting clients through emotional and energetic healing—helping them rediscover self-worth, experience self-love, and break free from limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns that had held them back for years.

I continued expanding my toolkit, becoming a Reiki Master and completing a Diploma of Hypnotherapy, enabling me to support people through grief, overwhelm, and deeply painful life transitions—restoring their energy, clarity, and strength.

Healing is a lifelong journey—for myself and those I serve. I walk the path as a student and guide, continually growing in my capacity to help others. This is the heart of who I am: Jamie the healer.
